This easy-to-clean toilet seat makes it practically painless to clean the toilet. It is so easy to remove and spray down, then put back in place. I've had two of these for several years without problems. The posts are super easy to tighten on the rare occasion they wobble. There are different sizes and styles available, so shop carefully for one that fits your toilet. I highly recommend this product.

Quality is below average bottom of the line Bemis seats. The plastic hinge setup flexs. It doesn't on $10 Bemis seats. Appearance is good.

I am an avid scrubber, I love a clean house and a clean bathroom...this seat is easy to install, and cleaning it is awesome too!

I remove the hinges and wash it down under a spicket with soap and water...dry it off and it shines like new, the removable feature allows me to clean around my tooilet really well too...worth it!

This toilet seat was just what I wanted. It was very easy to install and of good quality. Black toilet seats are hard to find in stores, I was glad to find it on the net.

Easy to install, very nice to look at, and fairly comfortable (though, in the end, it's still a wooden toilet seat). Good value for the money.

If your OCD like I am and have to clean everything just right, all the time, then this is for you! Easily unlocks to remove and wash. It's that simple.

this seat is just the right touch of black I needed to finish a restoration on an art-deco bathroom for one of my rental properties. Black/white tile floor, clawfoot tub, etc. and the price was right. Thanks, again.
