Vicky, a gorgeous forty-eight year old, suddenly finds herself broke, living in a borrowed VW van. Her stockbroker husband, Ralph, has sold their home and fled to Mazatlan with Lisa, a woman from his office. Vicky enlists the help of a friend, forty-nine year old widower Paul, to pose as Ralph so she can qualify for a job. Vicky's new boss invites the executives for a cruise on his yacht to Mazatlan. Vicky asks Paul to accompany her, still posing as her husband. When Vicky and Paul try to surprise Ralph at his Mazatlan hotel, they discover his bullet-riddled body in bed. Lisa has fled and the police arrest them as they try to leave.

Mayhem in Mazatlan is truly a fast moving, dialogue-engaging, erotic romance story of a forty-eight year old beauty. It poignantly narrates a delightful tale of love, vendetta and retribution that takes the reader from Southern California to Mazatlan where a mysterious murder was committed and on to Switzerland in search of justice. It is indeed an enjoyable read, a thriller.
