This book is very well done and easy to read and understand. I have read many books on this topic and this book does a great job of explaining what this disease is all about.

By far the best book on diabetes I have been able to find. Gives valuable information about how to manage, and beat, mild type II diabetes. The book is comprehensive with a lot of information that I skimmed as it did not pertain to me. Overall though, a very informative and useful book.

This is an excellent overview for Diabetes, written mainly for people with Type 2 but there is also some information for Type 1 Diabetics. Good self care suggestions as well as sound medical advice.
