I love all things Jon Langford: Mekons, Skull Orchard, Waco Brothers, Pine Valley Cosmonauts. This guy turns out more great music in one year than a lot of excellent music artists do over many years. Perhaps because he is so prolific, there is the occassional weaker song, but Jon Langford will get his due (in terms of wider recognition) He rocks. He has soul. He can be tender. He has a great rock voice a little bit like Strummer's. But he is an original and I look forward to a lot more music from him. This new one is excellent. Just listen to the first song.

A solid album filled with lots of Jon Langford goodness. Where have I been that I've only just now stumbled upon him?
