Hugely disappointing! Nice looking product and had good reviews from other websites but it literally worked correctly 1 time, then would only heat for 2 minutes or less. Won't even pop a whole bag of popcorn without shutting down. Anymore than 2 minutes, it shut itself down (no power) for 20 minutes before restarting. The tray does not move as it should, so it doesn't heat evenly. 2 different Maytag contract repair companies came out 4 times; ordered different parts each time, still didn't work. Finally, we gave up and are negotiating for a refund.
