20 VICTORIOUS YEARS IN AMERICA
In twenty chapters, a chapter per year, is a chronological oral and photographic history of Mazda racing in the USA. Of course, the cars are detailed as are their race and championship wins; in addition, the people who made it happen take a rightful prominence. Thus this is all of a technical, statistical and human story-very much a success story at that.
Author Connie Goudinoff's balanced approach is accompanied by over 150 black and white photographs plus an eight-page color section with seventeen specially selected shots. Many of these photographs come from the personal archives of those who made the history.
Each chapter tells the full story of a year's competition, the ups and downs, the failures and the wins. The appendices list the major race and championship wins-and it's a long list-with perhaps the most famous statistic being the 100 IMSA race wins for the RX-7.
A list of significant dates in Mazda history and a long "people" index complete the book.
