My daugther loves all things webkins and these little hampsters are no exception. They are not as big or expensive as some of the other toys, but you can still plaqy with them on line and they travel well in a pocket or back-pack.

I ordered this for my son's Easter basket. He loved it! He had been wanting it for a long time. The games that that come with it on webkinz are easy enough for him to play on his own (he is preschool age). Very cute! And my kids love the online games!

This mazin hamster is so cute and fun online.
TO PLAY ONLINE YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE WEBKINZ ACCOUNT (this IS NOT a webkinz, simply an add on, it won't extend your account for another year but it can be played with in your room like a normal pet) Please note you need to download a 3d software play which if you don't have it there will be a link from mazin hamsters to a site with the necessary software.
Each mazin hamster comes with a feature code that you can type in at the code shop where you will be then prompted to choose the gender and name your hamster. After that you can got to mazin hamsters and build mazes for other hamster owners to play in, run through "Programmer Built" mazes against the clock or find flags and dig up treasure in challenge mazes. If you complete the whole set you will get a trophy! You can shop at the mazin mall and buy tube designs to decorate your mazes, furniture for your webkinz pet(s), new hamster balls to run through mazes in, and new tubes and rooms to put in the mazes you are building. Out side of the mazes your hamster is like a regular pet. I hope this helps you decide if you want to get a mazin hamster!

All webkinz are normal stuffed animal size but this one is really small, just about the size of a real hamster!!!

I want to let you know you need a webkinz account. If you do not have an account, then you can make one! This comes with about a 4 by 3 stuffed animal, and a code you type in at webkinz.com in the code shop. The pet was smaller then I thought it was. It was smaller than a normal webkinz,it was about 2 to 3 times smaller, but I got it to put on my webkinz account anyways, so I did not care wat size the animal was. overall, I loved it. BTW,"By The Way" if you keep adding a webkinz pet every 12 months, then you get to play with the old pets and the new ones. I prefer mazin hamsters and zumbuddies over the other webkins animals! This is a must have, I love it! Also, the blue hamster was ssssoooo soft and cute, I love him so much! PS. my hamster came in one day without even picking one day shipping!

I purchased this for my grandchild for her birthday, and she couldn't wait to get on the computer and play with her webkinz.

As soon as this little guy was delivered by my mailman, my 4 year old named him Mr. Peepers. My kids have loved playing online and building the tunnels and such for him to explore. We have had to wash him once (when our shih-tzu decided it was her new toy) but forunately Mr. Peepers weathered the washer and dryer very well! It didn't become matted or frayed after washing. Great little toy...and it's so cute!

My daughter loves these little things for their online games. She doesn't really care about the doll itself though. It's small, maybe 4 inches tall or so. I don't really understand what's so fun about it all, but I'm the mom so I don't have to. If she's happy, I'm happy.

This is my first review, but I felt compelled to let potential buyers know that you must have an active Webkinz account in order to be able to use your Mazin Hamster. So that means, after purchasing this cute little hamster, you can only play with it online if you've already purchased something else, or you have to buy a Webkin in addition to the hamster in order to play it online, as is touted. I did not see that listed on the tag in the store & I don't see it listed any where in the product description here. My child's Webkin account had expired so we couldn't log in to do anything with the Hamster. Essentially, it's a cute stuffed animal until we spend more money. Ganz Customer Service, while polite, also informed me that when your Webkin account does expire (12 months from entering your latest animal/purchase) you will not be able to play with your hamster, even if you just recently purchased the hamster it do not renew your Webkinz account. Feels very much like misleading marketing & a bit of a rip off. Very frustrating experience for mom and especially the child who was excited about the new Hamster. At least it's cute.
