Don't waste your time with the Plus version that gives you the backup options. I disabled it shortly after installing as it greatly increased the startup time. It seemed to do a complete backup check every time.

Works ok, however, you cannot quickly turn it off when necessary. Seems to be a bit of a memory hog. I no longer use this product.
