This apron was a fun and novel idea for a Chicago Cubs fan. However, regardless of the inexpensive price, it was a terrible buy and a very poorly made item.
I washed the apron according to the directions (cold water, gentle cycle, mild detergent). When I took the apron out of the washing machine, the red and blue colors from the apron strings, apron outline, and Cub's logo bled all over the white apron. Feeling bad, I then decided to re-wash it; I added a teaspoon of bleach and a small amount of mild detergent with cold water, on gentle cycle. That didn't work becuase the colors which orinially bled ran all over the apron were still there AND and the Cubs logo completely disappeared! The apron was ruined and my time and money were wasted. Thank goodness that I washed the apron without other items. If I had not done so, it would have ruined the other items by staining them. If you select to buy this item, don't plan on washing it. Instead, save your money and DON'T purchase this poorly made item.
