I ordered this book because a friend of mine had it and made a recipe for dinner from it, YUMMY! The book came right away and the recipes so far have been easy to make and really delicious. Since seafood is the only meat I eat it's great to find a cookbook that has good recipes that are easy to make. I recommend it!
