Complete with conveniently located on/off switch and a easyt pull recoil starter. 1 gallon fuel tank for longer running time. Low oil shutdown to protect from engine damage. Max flow 8220 GPH. I Bought This Product To Feed Creek Water To A High Banker In My Gold Mineing Activity..It Runs Continueously, 4-6 Hours At A Clip..I Do Put A Nylon Stocking Over The Inlet & Use A Foot Valve..The Motor Starts The First Or Second Pull!! Dont FORGET To Prime The Pump!!!! Great Product,Great Value!

The pump was very easy to set up, everything is labeled and instructions and parts included all worked perfectly. The manual ALSO included a great maintenance schedule to refer to so that I may keep my pump running at optimal performance- regular maintenance is key with any mechanical product! The delivery was surprisingly fast and it was delivered by FedEx, they were gentle with it, box came undamaged as did the pump. I have always been partial to HONDA PUMPS because my 20 Yr.old Honda pump really has taken a beating and come back for more when irrigating on my property sometimes 16 hours-STRAIGHT every other day from April-October in the hot climate of New Mexico. I really was blown away immediately with the performance of the McCulloch 5.5 HP Water Pump!! Great pump, period. Fantastic buy for the price!! I will be keeping my eye on this exact pump for specials, deals or sales so that I can buy another one for my second irrigation well on my property-my 20 year old Honda is on it's last leg on my 2nd irrigation well. Thanks!!

I feel like I stole this pump for the price I paid for it with next day shipping. I purchased this pump because I have a low spot on my property next to my house and when it rains here it usually floods pretty good so I wanted this to pump to pump the flood water away from the house. When I first received it out of the box the on/off switch was broken so the unit would not work. I contacted McCulloch and they sent me to the closest service center which was only about 25 miles away to get it repaired. They used a honda switch with was pretty much identical to the one on there and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. When I finally used the pump I was very impressed with how easy it was to start and it pumped the muddy water very quickly. I don't use it very often but when I do I am glad I purchased this one.
