I am recovering from a grade 3 AC separation and I want this to hold my shoulder together while I sleep and work out. So far it seems to fit well, it is very adjustable, and keeps my shoulder supported. I put a piece of foam inside the top to put downward pressure on the AC joint, that seems to be working. This is a great value for the money.

I also wanted to give the sizing for other buyers, I found it on the manufacturer's website. These are chest measurements:

Small (34-37") Medium (37-41") Large (41-45")

I was amazed at how well this shoulder support worked.

I have a bad rotator cuff and I "power walk" and I'm now

walking without pain in my shoulder for the first time in

about five years. With the support on I have no shoulder

pain during or after walking five miles and swinging my

arms constantly. I give it my highest recommendation.

My 14 year old daughter had surgery on her shoulder so we were looking for something to give her some stability and support for when she plays soccer. We saw this and decided to take a chance on it, Glad we did. The support is very adjustable with the velcro on the arm, shoulder and around the chest so she had no problem getting it to fit.

It gives her enough support without hindering her mobility. She said she doesn't even feel it when she's on the field, But it does give her a bit more confidence that there is some protection for her shoulder.

I purchased the shoulder brace (actually I bought 2 of them - one for each shoulder), to relieve the discomfort I experience from worn out shoulder joints. I wear them over a T shirt at night. They were a little abraisive under the arms. Have used them for about a month and encourage anyone with this problem to give them a try. They've improved my shoulders about 50% which is truly amazing since my doctor told me a year ago that there isn't much resolution for me short of sholder joint replacements. I would buy from this supplier again.

Not a good fit for a woman's shoulder.I am of medium build & it did not shape to my shoulder nor give adequate support.

Works well but it would be nice if directions and/or an illustration was provided showing how it is supposed to be put on. There is still one piece that I can't figure out what it is for or where it even goes!

When I first saw this shoulder brace on the picture, I wasn't impressed. It looked cheap and in the picture it looks like the material was rough and tent-like.

However, when I go it, it turned out to be a lot nicer. It's soft, despite the appearance on the pic and it provide enough support for my shoulder to not dislocate when I play basketball. When I play without the brace, my shoulder pops out frequently when I stretch out my arm or when I reach for a rebound and it hurts. :( But when I have this on I feel a lot more confident and don't really have to worry about my shoulder dislocating. (It happens because I've injured my shoulder before)

If what you experience is similar to mine then I would recommend you buy this shoulder brace. It's not even that expensive, which is a good thing. :)

Btw, I bought the medium size and it fits me well. I'm 5'10 and 155 lbs. I would describe myself as an average build.

Tweaked my shoulder doing some house work (turning mattress) and this was a perfect solution to providing the extra support I needed. Only problem was the brace strap that goes under the opposite shoulder pinched but this was solved but putting a small, soft towel around it before sinching it tight. Otherwise, a very good design and took pain away in a couple days.

recently dislocated my right shoulder. after a couple of months i decided it was time to get back into the gym. being the scared person i am i needed some sort of support. this product fits snug. true, it doesnt come with a manual on how to use it but honestly it is pretty simple. plus its fully adjustable. went to the gym with no problems and now feel better than i have in months. i would recommend this product.
