I had injured my quad muscle group after a rigouous training schedule for a marathon and playing soccer on a league every Sunday. I needed support that would see me through my daily runs and speed workouts as well as my soccer games. Once I purchased this leg band I could easily continue with my training knowing I had full support of my quads. It helped get me back on track rather quickly. It is comfortable and you hardly know it is there. Although sweat tends to build up on the warmer days, it is better than having a torn muscles. Honestly, it provides the best support for my quads and I highly recommend it over wraps and tape.

In addition, it can be washed easily and is reversible.

This support really helped me recover quickly from a quad strain that occurred in a soccer game. The great thing is the confidence it gives you to get back out there and play again without worrying about it unwrapping or getting lose. Not only could I play again sooner, I could push up to 100% again with this thing without worry.

I bought this after pulling a hamstring playing soccer. The McDavid thigh support provided great suuport at first, keeping everything nice and tight and warm. After several months of usage, sometimes it does not stay in place and falls off. This does not happen everytime, but you do not want this falling in the middle of a game. I have had to pull it up higher to get it more secure. Maybe my thigh has decreased in size since I bought it and that is the reason it does not stay in place. Even with this, it still provides very good support and I plan to use tape to secure it in place
