Having had a temperamental groin muscle since college (I play hockey), I have resorted to taping it before games until I found this product. Easy to put on and adjust, it provides great support - much better than the tape I have been using.

This is very difficult to keep in place unless the wearer has large legs. I thought it was for both men and women, however it slides down no matter how I tighten the velcro.

This strap really helps. I reinjured an area that hadn't completely healed and ordered this so I could continue playing tennis. It helps ease the pain and stays on well. Easy to put on. Very happy with the purchase .

This isn't just a "groin" strap. It's really a great high-hamstring compression wrap, which is exactly what I was looking for. It has been AMAZING in relieving strain when I do stepmill, running, eliptical and hiking. Very low profile, holds position, distributes pressure over entire width of wrap, velcro holds snug, easy on/off, and it's cut nicely to fit right up snug all the way up against your butt cheek without any undo wear. Not to be cras, but I wear an old speedo swimsuit or workout shorts with a strong inner liner along with the strap in order to make sure my privates are securely separated to avoid and friction or pinching issues. Seems to work well.

The reason I bought this is that similar to times past, I've been working out hard lately to get back into shape and lose a few pounds. Ran up against the same hamstring overuse/strain issue which subsequently causes serious calf tightness and injury. I got this strap as well as the Full 90 Performance Soccer Wrap and both work well, though slightly different. This one gets up a little higher and is a bit lower profile and is easier on/off, though isn't quite as wide. It's giving me hope to be able to work past this point and keep going with my fitness regimen and hopefully finally get in really good shape. HIGHLY recommended. Thank YOU!

I hurt my left groin several months ago and the recovery time was interfering with my golf season. Being a right handed golfer I was having trouble clearing over my left side, fearing the sharp tell tale twinge of a tweaked groin.

This strap offers enough stability to allow me to swing with more confidence.

I would not use this for all day everyday use as it starts to get a bit uncomfortable as the day wears on.

I strained my groin while stretching one day. This McDavid groin strap is very easy to apply and provides excellent support while working out.

Is working well for a tennis groin strain. Much better than elastic bandage supports, doesn't move or over constrict.

Bought this for my 13-year-old son after groin injury playing football. He used this wrap every practice and game afterwards, and it did the job of keeping everything tight. Much better for him to manage himself. I highly recommend it.
