My wife uses this every day for her workouts. It fits well, and is not obtrusive in the gym.

This is well made and easy to take on and off. It is less bulky than other waist trimmers. For the price on Amazon it can't be beat.

However this is not a magic device to reduce your waist. Yes, it has certainly assisted my wife in doing so--but in conjunction with a careful diet and an exercise program. Like all waist trimmers, it will appear right after exercise to have reduced your waist because of the loss of fluids, but that appearance will not last without attention to diet and exercise.

I bought this to replace an old Trimmer belt. I like the way it lays on the mid section not creating bulk like other belts. I also like the way it Velcros to it self. It does what it's suppose to do and that's help make you mid section sweat just a little bit more then normal during workouts. It's not a miracle devise but it is a good aid.

This review is not a knock on the actual item I purchased. The item itself is superb and is everything I hopped it would be. However, the service was terrible. It took this item a month to reach me. I purchased it mid July but didn't receive it for three weeks. I then asked the vendor about it via email, who was very slow at responding. He told me that his computer had some sort of glitch that messed up my order. The vendor then proceeded to tell me that he would send me the item ASAP. After waiting yet another week and a half, I inquired again about the whereabouts of this item. The vendor then responded that they had to wait for the next shipment of these to reach the store in order to send me the item. If this had been a problem and they had known they wouldn't be able to send me the item in time, wouldn't it be best to tell me then and there instead of making me wait another additional week and a half? The item finally reached me a month after I had purchased it.

Honestly, I believe that it was possible this mix up could've happened, but better communication would've made this transaction a whole lot smoother. Personally, I would not purchase anything from them in the future.
