This product does exactly what it promises - keep ankles from bending sideways and prevents most ankle injuries. The only issue is the plastic insert can be uncomfortable until you get used to it. I would offer to try wearing 2 pairs of socks underneath it for comfort. Great product - does exactly what it should!

Great product! I'm an avid basketball player with a history of chronic ankle sprains. Recently (a little over a month ago) I rolled my ankle while playing so I decided it was time to invest in some new braces with maximum support. I couldn't have picked a better brace. With the plastic inserts in, this brace offers the most support of any brace I've ever used (and I've used my fair share of different braces). I also love that you have the option of removing those inserts once your ankle becomes more stabilized.
