best back support at a reasonable price. adjusts easily and extremely comfortable. buy it, you won't go wrong

I am a senior golfer, and my back gives me fits every so often. This back support is extremely well made, solid, provides good support, and I can wear it under my clothing. Great product. I also have the Mueller back support, and it is just as good as this one. Enjoy.

I have light back problems from a 2.5 year old and growing spare tire (career change to deskwork, which I wish I would have known about). This goes comfortably under clothes and I can always un-do the compression straps quickly if in the car or sitting at a meeting. RE-doing them is a little more of a problem if my shirt is tucked in, but if not it's easy too. When I feel any pain, I put this on for a few minutes and it seems to go away quickly for good... until I lift that 2.5 year old the wrong way again or over-do it during a workout.

I bought this back-brace after I had back surgery for a disc herniation, and I have been able to use it and have more confidence while working out. It lends excellent support, and provides the necessary proprioception to help your balance and reaction time. Especially with those heavy lifts where you need some support for your core, this brace gives great tightness without too much constraint. The double velcro with the cross linking (?) is a great way to give that extra support. I think I've used the word "support" too often, but it really is a great brace. Excellent value!

This is my second McDavid back support of this style. The first one was worn to shreds. I've had lumbar back surgery 2x in the past (lifetime of extreme sports and falling off of things taller than I am). This belt along with regular yoga ensures that I won't have surgery a third time . I've had many back belts over the years with all sorts of stays, varying heights, etc. and this is the one that I always selected.

Back belts aren't designed to be the sole source of support - you've got to have some muscle, too, or you can really damage spine. This back belt has 2 adjustments - the main Velcro tab and the two, outer Velcro side tabs. It's the outer side tabs that really adjust the support and help to 'suck it up' during strenuous activities. The neoprene is great because it keeps my lower back muscles cozy and warm. The power mesh sides also allow the belt to breathe everywhere else. The neoprene can make it sweaty in my lower back (if you work out, you know about that puddle back there), but I don't mind because the belt works as it should. There are less expensive back belts on the market and they might perform just as well as this one, but as far as I can tell the others lack neoprene, breathable mesh and two levels of adjustment.

this back support offers almost no support. the inner stretchable fabric is extremely light and the outside webbing is very weak. don't buy it. i can't believe all the people with a positive review. they must never have used a good back support.

I bought this for general back support and moderate weight lifting. I don't have any back problems but these are good to have if you lift weights. The belt is well made and is really wide which I like. It does the job. I am happy with this product.

Couldn't tell you about the product because the company never sent it!!!! I've used Amazon for years with the same address and they said there was no such address??? GO FIGURE, I must not know where I live!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THAT COMPANY AGAIN!!!
