A very effective wrist support. For me they are indispensable when doing pushups, TRX work, and especially practicing yoga asanas like forward and side planks, downward facing dog, all inversions. I tried 2 other styles but quickly settled exclusively on these McDavid supports with the strap. For me the best setup is to make a fist then make the strap just snug. That provides full support plus allows full freedom of movement.

The product is great and I've used them for years when lifting weights. McDavid makes a consistently quality product. However, I've always purchases them in pairs and just assume that they are always sold like that. Perhaps it's my own fault for assuming there would be two in the box, but I was more than pissed after paying $12 for a single wrist strap.
