The hex pad design is great! The spacing between each hex is nice for heat removal, allowing it to breather better and the thickness if the padding is excellent. With that said I will list the lesser negatives of this product: The armholes are so small they rubbed my underarms raw, I ordered one a size to large and the armholes were still too small. This product is for athletic people, the cut of the material should represent that and for the price it definitely should fit well.
Overall I recommend this product, its unfortunate that I can't were it.
