The wrap comes with two hot/cold gel packs which slip into the shoulder wrap quite easily.
This item is very hard to get into place, especially if you have an injury that makes it difficult to move your arm/shoulder.
The ice packs are nice and flexible and fit nicely into the compartments in the shoulder wrap.
