Product Description

Estate-grown and produced in the traditional Tuscan style from selected Italian olive varieties, our blend of Frantoio, Leccino, Pendolino, Maurino, Leccio del Corno, and Coratina olives yields a medium-bodied organic extra virgin olive oil, with aromas of fresh olive fruit, newly-mown grass, and robust garden greens. Emerald green at harvest mellowing to a greenish gold, flavors are richly complex, including hints of artichoke and almond, with a touch of savory bitterness and a pungent, mildly peppery finish.
