Ok This Toy Was Really Cool When I Saw It But Truth Be Told It Is Very Very Small But Still Cool To Have Hanging As A Decoration

don't bother
This thing is so tiny it is useless. If you just want it for display purposes, it's fine, but it's not like the halo figures can "ride" it during pretend play.
