This review is from: McFarlane Nfl Legends Series 4 - Jack Lambert (Toy)
As a semi-collector of these type of figurines I am very pleased with the depiction that McFarlane did of the greatest linebacker that ever stepped on a football field, Jack Lambert. After I got it positioned as close as the real thing as I could it looks like Jack is ready to pounce right now. I read with interest the other two reviews. The one that mentioned that the Lambert figurine is cheesy I totally disagree with, and the other gentleman mentioned about the likeness to John Goodman. Yeah, well, if you took about 175 pounds off of John Goodman, I can see where the likeness is there. I remember when McFarlane started doing the figurines years ago. They were much smaller(they still make some of those), and if you looked at the 3 or 4 of Mickey Mantle that they made each one of the faces looked different, using Mickey as an example. Plus, other players looked alot alike. I was also a huge fan of the late Dale Earnhardt, and other companies have made some pretty pricey resin figurines of Dale that don't look any more like Dale than the some of the McFarlane figurines look like the individual portrayed. So, for the price I honestly highly recommend the McFarlane Lambert figurine to any Jack Lambert fan without any trepidations. Thanks alot!

Stillers fans will be instantly thrilled by this representation.
The detail is ridiculous (although Jack looks a little more like John Goodman than I'd like), if clean and un-Lambert like. Only possible qualm is there is relatively little practical articulation in the figure. Only the most minor tweaks are possible with regards to its photo representation. (No pass deflection/QB slam positioning.) This review might sound overly critical if not penned by a guy who was once told to 'red up his room before playing dahn at the crick.' Where are the Mel Blount and Mike Webster figures ?

I like the figure but the box wasn't in the best condition. Mine came from Clarktoys.com and the box had tape on the back. It looks like it may have been taken out of the box and put back in. I collect these figures and never take them out of the box. I'm disappointed.
