This Solid Snake figure is definatley cool! However I truly was dissapointed with how few accessories and weapons he came with. On the plus side, the detail and great positions he can be put in makes up for it. i thought it was also a great marketing idea to have a piece with each figure to build Metal Gear ray was definately smarts. Nice job McFarlane, this ones a winner

Solid Snake
The best figure I own, up with Gray Fox and Scorpion Assassin. 19 points of articulation make this the most playable figure and none of the joint have gone loose unlike some figures with a lot more articulation who can't even stand up. His costume is exactly like in the best game on PS2. He can be fixed up in loads of different positions holdings his two weapons. A Beretta M92F and a FAMAS G2 M203, the one with the grenade launcher. Both weapons are well sculpted and fit perfectly in his hands. The best sculpture is on his face. It looks so much like Snake, especially from the side. His bandana and magazine holders are all molded in soft plastic giving the figure a more realistic feel to it. He has a brilliant holster which holds his M9 very secure and he can carry all his gear at one time as his FAMAS has a stong strap which can go over his head and under his shoulder. At first you may be annoyed with the way his arms aren't ball joints but if they were he wouldn't be able to hold his M9 in both hands as well as he does... If you are sure you want him then order him right now. Enjoy.

I am 18 years old, but when I saw the MGS 2 collection of toys, I just had to have them. Solid Snake in my opinion is the coolest looking character, he is flexible and you can make him stand in various positions with fair ease. He has two guns, (a machine gun and a handgun) both can be in his hands. I don't know how durable this toy will be if you play with it all the time...but for my purpose I will just put the characters on the shelf as a collection, it's just cool to look at.

This Snake figure is so good it can hardly be described in words. This could give a blind man sight by them feeling its shape and imagining it so vividly. It's a miracle worker. The costume on this figure is just like Snake's in the game. And the sculpting is brilliant. Great job on the Todd. His accessories are so cool and who cares if he only has two. AND HE HAS A HOLSTER! Last line of MGS figures the holsters were [terrible] compared to these. Yes these, there's a whole six of them and when you get them all you can build Metal Gear Ray (small version). 19, yes 19 points of articulation. His guns are so detailed. And he can even cup his gun hand with the other. Nobody deserves to not have this work of art. A figure master piece. Buy it. Now.

this is the coolest figure ever made!! its incredibly detailed and can do anything! i HIGHLY recommend it for any fan of the game, along with all of the other figures!!!!

Why I rated this toy by 5 stars because I think it is realy fun to play and make your own missions.You can also make other action figures that are in your house to be Snake's freands or to be his enemeis.If you have a good emagination you could do anything you want with Snake. Snake can move any way you want so you can do some fights with him.I also would take some weapons from some toys and make them for Snake. Belive me you can realy have fun with this toy if you can.

this is the Solid snake toy from the best selling ps2 game Metal Gear solid 2: Sons of liberty. This is the follow up line to the first one. The toy is one of the best toys I have it has a lot of jonts so you can re-crat seans for the game whit full aresenil of cours. Get this one A.S.A.P it's sher to go fast

This is the best figure ever. Not only is the detail brilliant, it also doesn't stop him from having a massive 19 points of articulation. The weapons are the best, with a good holster for the M9 and a strap on the FAMAS. Many people complain that the M9 doesn't look like it does in the game which is true, but if you buy Raiden, cut off the laser sight underneath the barrel of his M4 and stick it on the M9 underneath the barrel and if you can find a silencer then it looks perfect. Careful though, it doesn't fit in the holster anymore so get the M9 off Fortune since it doesn't fit in her hands and put it in Snake's holster and just keep the other on the shelf when you want to put it in his holster. If you rip off the holster from Snake then you can cut it away if you really want to fit the modified M9 in it but I don't think it's worth it. Like I said, Brilliant figure. Order it now.

Metal Gear Solid 2 is the best Playstation 2 game ever! Solid Snake is my favorite character and this action figure is true to the game. I am 6 and this is my favorite toy I got for Christmas. Now I want to collect all the figures from the game.
