I loved watching McGee and Me when I was growing up. I purchased this set for a Christmas present but am still debating on which niece or newphew is going to receive it. I'm either going to order more of this set so everyone get one or possibly finish the collection for the eldest kids. Either way, I know it's a gift both kids and parents will enjoy.

Good moral lessons. Can be used for any age group at church and they are usually 30 min in length which makes them good to use as a time filler or to go along with any lesson.

These videos were given to me as a child by a family friend under the guise that they were standard children's cartoons. Unfortunately what I was in store for was nothing shy of Christian propaganda that would have made Joseph Goebbels proud. The cover would imply that this is going to be a normal children's cartoon, but the contents reveal a much more sinister and intentionally deceptive reality. When you consider that this cartoon is brought to us by Focus on the Family, this is no surprise. For anyone unfamiliar, Focus on the Family, a name which sounds innocuous enough, is in fact a hard line bigot group which is openly anti-homosexual. It is well documented that the mental trauma and anguish their organization openly and proudly causes, has driven countless young people, whom they were trying to "save", to suicide.

In short, do not under any circumstances purchase this video or show it to anyone outside of a University research setting. The world would be a better place if all copies of this video were stored in University libraries solely for the purpose of research. DO NOT EVER SHOW THIS VIDEO TO CHILDREN.
