I found this book very useful and with an excellent range of topics and readings. Used in WRC 1023 at UTSA. We did not read the entire book, but I found such interesting articles within the book that I ended up reading a large number of additional topics just out of curiousity. This book has a great section on "How to Mark a Book" and a very good section on "The Writing Process". Also includes some famous images from past newspaper articles and magazines.

Ordered this required book for my son's English class. I have not read it, but he is using it as requested per his professor. He has no complaints.

I will be starting my first year of my college career on Monday. I am pleased that I was able to receive my English book a month before my classes begin.

I made mistake. I wanted one book, but I did two.

I didn't pay attention to the edition of the book. it was a ninth edition while I needed the tenth edition. anyway, everything was alright with delivery and quality of the book.
