Herb Lund is an environmental engineer and the author of McGraw-Hill's Pollution Control Handbook, as well as the first edition of this book. He chairs the Recycling Seminar in cooperation with the Florida Bureau of Solid and Hazardous Waste, held annually in Key West, Florida.

Well this is a must have , book by all the liberies , because

the usefulnes of its contents, I've read older editions and

found them very interesting for the development of communities
