Excellent quality and design.
USA manufactured. (Three cheers for McKlein) My only beef is the strap does not live-up to the manufacture's advertistment. "Nonslip, shock absorbing, shoulder strap alleviates body strain," This is false, Big Time. The strap's cushion shoulder pad slips out of position relgiously. The strap is too thin. The adjustments are annoying because there are only three belt holes. McKlein needs to produce other strap options.

This laptop bag comes shipped in minimal packaging: open a generic cardboard box unveiling a branded grocery bag. Inside it is the laptop bag. Double duty. Pretty clever actually.
