outdoor entertainment + bar none,
By A Customer
This review is from: The McManus Treasury I (Paperback)
Our family has read all of Pat McManus' books years ago. My sons and their friends have read them. They are the best, cleanest reading one would ever want to find in a world of so much not fit to read. We would all go to bed on school nights with one of his books. It wouldn't be long until you could hear individual howls of laughter coming from the boys rooms. Likewise, even the adults were giggling. We would find an unusually funny passage and read it aloud so we could have a group laugh. If you like outdoor sports and all the mishaps that are likely to happen; you will love the embellished descriptions of most anything that could happen to a hunter, camper, fisherman, bicyclist. Beware Murrphy's Law is alive and well in McManus world!!

It's McManus. It's funny. It's great. If you don't like it, you are weird. Get it. Get all of them. Now.
