What I received was much smaller than ws pictured. The width is as stated but the height is way off; only about 10 inches. These would look rediculously small on an adult. Luckily I ordered for a child.

This was an absolute waste of money. The wings are ridiculously small and quite awkward to get on, the quality is poor.
I wish I could get a refund.
