I found these when I was on vacation in the Bahamas. They taste like a graham cracker and shortbread cookie combined. Great simple cookie. I have had trouble finding in the States. I am glad I found them on Amazon. I can't wait to order the chocolate flavors.

This is the only thing my mother, who is 95, will eat for breakfast. She has them with her coffee and spreads them with cream cheese. I prefer them plain with hot tea. They are the best English bisquit available in the states, always fresh and delicious. Try them, you won't be disappointed. My only complaint is that they are often hard to find and since they are imported, sometimes they are out of stock on line. They are a flaky biscuit, not too sweet and are wonderful plain or with jam or cream cheese.

These cookies are the perfect antidote for an upset stomach or when you just want a good simple GREAT tasting plain cookies. They have a nice texture and are just about the least offensive thing you could ever put in your mouth. Substantial & dense, balanced in flavor. Keep a pack on hand, they can last a long time and always taste fresh. If you're a chocolate lover, the dark chocolate ones are even better!

I was shocked when I found this biscuit on the shelf at the local Wal-Mart Supercenter the other day! I gleefully bought 4 packs (16 biscuits/pack) at $1.98 each. They also had the chocolate coated variety. So, be sure to check the cookies & chips section the next time you're shopping at Wal-Mart Supercenter. You might be surprised!

It goes without saying Digestive biscuits + tea = heaven!

Not greasy or too sweet, these wafers are perfect for after a meal or for a snack. Especially enjoyable with a hot cup of tea.

I recently sailed on Queen Mary 2 and was served these delicious biscuits, which a Scottish passenger told me are McVitti's Digestives. They are like shortbread with a graham cracker flavor. Unfortunately they were shipped without packing protection and several were broken, but I still love them!

It's hard to describe these biscuits to someone who's never had this because there is no American counterpart to this type of biscuit. It's a very rough and unprocessed kind of biscuit. If you feel American biscuits are too processed, then these are the opposite. The comparison would be like American biscuits = white flour and Digestive Biscuits = whole wheat, but I'm only talking about the textural quality; they are very crunchy and feels a bit rough in the mouth.

Tastewise, they are sweet, but not overly so. They're very wheatey tasting and grainy. If you're a biscuit lover, you should definitely give it a try. They are a very high quality biscuit. They used to be very difficult to buy in the US, but now, thanks to the wonders of the internet, you can buy them anytime you want.

I love these biscuits a great deal. But they sell for $3.19 and cost $6.99 to ship to you ??? No way as they break very easy and thats TWICE the cost of the initial product. Almost makes going to look in Cost Plus where they sell them for $3.99 a bargain.

This is a wonderful "cookie" that is very light and not too sweet. Makes a lovely mid-afternoon or late-night snack. Great service from the company.

Had these on a trip to Scotland and really liked them. Nice to find a source for them now that we are home.
