It was all neoprene unlike the others which have stiff edges of velcro right up against the skin.

Helps a lot with tennis elbow. No pinching. It's basically a neoprene band with gel inserts to press on the tendons, and an external band that wraps around for tightening.

Sizing: As one of the answers states, the sizing is:
S 8-9.5"
M 9.5-11"
L 11-12"

They say to measure at the middle of the elbow, which makes no sense. My elbow and my forearm where I wear this thing happen to measure the same, maybe that's typical. But, I would measure where you will wear it.
My forearm is 10.5". The medium fit well. The medium is 9.5", I would assume that the small is 8" and the large is 11". There's plenty of stretch in the neoprene, so I'd suggest going small if in doubt, if it goes on tight then you just don't have to tighten it as much if at all.

Generally, I’ll compare the devices: Sleeve vs Band/Mfgr vs Mfgr. The existing Amazon reviews cover the individual pros & cons.

For months, I’ve been dealing with moderate to severe medial epicondylitis or “golfers elbow”. Both elbows – more pronounced in right (I’m right handed). As my elbow pain began to become a very persistent problem, I decided to find a “fix”. I’m pleased to say my elbows are much improved … read on.

The onset my elbow problems coincided with the failure of the pneumatic piston on my office chair which resulted in the chair sinking to the “bottom”/not staying at the desired height. Not realizing this would cause elbow problems, I procrastinated replacing the chair for a few months because, after all, it was still functional … just lower than I was accustomed to. Once the broken chair was identified as the problem, I immediately stopped using it and replaced it. Slowly, my elbows got better … but they were still injured and needed support to heal. Those of you that have epicondylitis from working at your desk, PLEASE try raising your chair up a few inches.

Replacing the chair put me on the road to recovery. However, I soon discovered that healing my “injured” elbows was going to take some time. Riding my bike (road & mountain) inflamed my elbows and set me back in the healing process. Same thing with golf. Taking divots & grounding the club was very painful.

Ongoing, my elbows would be especially painful in the morning. I had never experienced this pain before my office chair inflicted injury. I’ve researched & believe the pain is from sleeping with my arms tightly bent. Bending the elbow compresses the ulna nerve and flexes the injured tendon thus exacerbating the injury.

After a long career pitching in little league and high school my elbow hurt like a **** when I started playing softball. Bad tendonitis. I bought one of these things when my arm hurt so bad I couldn't even drive my stick shift car home from the game. Let me tell you, it WORKS. I literally have no pain after games anymore. It hurt a tiny tiny bit after a game when it seemed like everyone was hitting it to me. But without it, I wouldn't have made it half way through the game. If you're looking for something to help your elbow, this is where it's at. it has 2 pads for the two trouble spots for elbows. I can only imagine it will work for tennis or golf elbow as well.

There a several of these on the market and this one provides the pressure required but is low profile so it doesn't get in the way when wearing it during play. It is also very soft, some others I have tried are very scratchy and bulky. I ordered another so I could have one in the wash and one in my tennis bag.

I originally ordered the BandIT from Amazon.com. It was very uncomfortable. I went to a store and tried on the Futuro band which was also annoying to wear for more than a minute. I took a chance and ordered this one. Glad I did! It was all neoprene unlike the others which have stiff edges of velcro right up against the skin.

One thing to consider, it may run a bit small.

This band is working very well for me; has calmed down tennis elbow and is very comfortable to wear. Stays in place, doesn't constrict but if effectively snug enough. I did have to return the Small for a Medium. My arm measurement was a bit under the outer limit for Small but the band was way too tight and could not have worn for any length of time. Medium is a perfect fit, even though I measure for a Small. Am planning to buy another.

I have had severe and worsening medial elbow main for many months, exacerbated by curls, almost to the point that I had to stop this exercise. The pain persisted for days afterwards. I purchased this and wear it as instructed and the pain progressively got better to the point it is now gone and I can exercise as desired. Never imagined it would work so well. I usually don't write such reviews.

This strap supports my forearm and prevents strain and discomfort due to tennis elbow. I use it when exercising and occasionally when doing yard work. I recommend it. I have had several with the plastic oval ring to cinch the strap tight that become loose and turn sideways and are then useless when under strain.
