Me Myself and I Inc. 10 steps to career independence has professionally helped me to better assess my career choices, my interests, skills, values and to better learn about the drving principles for why I work. As a career management trainer, I read many books on topics related to the changing workforce, transitions & job search strategies and I feel people will get more for their money out of this one book, than many others combined. The authors do any extraordinary job in liking valuable exercises to each chapter giving the reader an opportunity to develop a workable plan for achieving greater career satisfaction. I find the material new, interesting and full of interactive techniques to apply in your work-life/career planning. For individuals currently in transition, this is a MUST HAVE book! For individuals who want to achieve optimal career satisfaction this book is an excellent way to enhance your personal vision,action plans and goals for the future. You can skip around the chapters easily to find information and tools to meet your particular needs.
