3.0 out of 5 stars Reichian Therapy, May 18, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Me and the Orgone: One Man's Sexual Revolution (Paperback)
This small, lucid little book describes Orson Bean's experience with Reichian Therapy. It is one of the few books that addresses the practical side of Wilhelm Reich's theories and the emphasis here is on the de-armoring of the individual rather than on the ORACS, as in most other writings about the Orgone. This book is full of usable and accurate information.

4.0 out of 5 stars Witty, informative and inspiring., June 17, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Me and the Orgone: One Man's Sexual Revolution (Paperback)
Orson Bean is a fine guide to introduce you to some of the ideas of Reich -- they obviously had a profound affect on his life, and this book chronicles his experiences with them. It is told in a frank, revealing manner, which is so very typical of Bean, making it seem like he's telling all this to a very dear friend. It's funny, frightening and highly thought-out. A very solid book.

Very well written and informative. He explains Reichian Therapy in simple layman's terms and not as a scientist but as one who expeienced it and the changes it made in his life. It is very personal, honest and humourous. It is a must for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of Orgonomy.
