Internets, it's a pack of index cards from Mead, it is what it is and what it is is no surprise. What is however is the drastic change in price. I picked up a pack for 44 cents that's ($0.44) back in October of 2009. After getting my order, the automated pricing system hiked up the cost and has kept it that way ever since. Having a prime account made that purchase awesome, but now it's not. The awesome is gone. Mead 100 count 3x5 index cards (ruled) gets one (margins make this impractical to buy) out of five. $3.49 for a pack of index cards, yeah right, I'd rather drive to office max and pay 79 cents. If you're anything like me, you don't want to drive to a store and waste time on that, just for index cards... I get it and I agree. The simplest and well easiest move is to buy Index Cards: Pendaflex Oxford, 3x5 Inches, White, Ruled, Other Boring Facts, 1000 Cards the trip to a store isn't worth your time or gas or life. Cheers.

2.0 out of 5 stars Overpriced. Poor quality. September 21, 2010

At $2.49 these cards are overpriced. I only bought them as filler to bring another order up to $25 to get free shipping. You'd think for $2.49 these would be high quality index cards, but they aren't. The paper is flimsy and the lines are unusually dark blue and of poor line quality. I feel like these were designed for a kindergarten class. Office Depot brand cards are higher quality and a lot less expensive.

1.0 out of 5 stars Worthless February 17, 2010

I agree with some of the other reviewers about these thin Index Cards. For over $3.00 I expect something substantial. These are barely thicker than a few cheats of paper. Total useless for college flash cards.
