Buyers beware. BEFORE you buy....call their toll free # FIRST to be sure item is in stock. I tried to get this telescope from their actual OpticsPlanet.com web site, was so excited I didn't even bother with the reviews, which I normally never purchase with out reading. I received e-mail stating my item was on back order(same day ordered). So I canceled order. After that I called their 1-800# to be sure it was canceled (same day). The customer sevice said yes. I've read a lot of reviews now from them & have noticed that this is a reoccuring problem. Don't get me wrong, they have GREAT products @ THE BEST prices. And FREE UPS SHIPPING! What more could you ask for. Even a price guarentee. I'd just want to put out the word that you NEED to make sure they have stocking item FIRST! Unless you are willing to wait 1 to 4wks.
