We purchased this telescope as a starter for our 10 year old son. It is easy to operate for him and us. He was so excited to see a close up view of the moon. It took only a few minutes to assemble, no difficulty there. I would highly recommend this telescope to anyone.

This was a birthday gift for my 7 year old son but the entire family has enjoyed using it this summer. Simple to set up and use.

My 12-yr. old grandson is always amazed at the stars in the sky at night, and loves science, so I thought a perfect Christmas gift for him would be a telescope. Well, he was so excited when he got it Christmas day, he put it together (with a little help from Dad), and has been star-gazing since. He's even shown me a couple of constellations. Nice product.

This telescope is very easy to assemble, use and adjust to find the galizies you are looking for...it has created a nice passion with my kids for an affordable price..very nice quality.

It is fine, but it didn't come with a instructional video it said it had.
I had a hard time with it, and my daughter still does not want to play with it until we see the video.

Our grandson, age 9, and his family, are all very happy with this telescope. They have used it to view birds perched in the backyard and plan to use it for star gazing. It arrived carefully packed in a timely fashion and was easy to assemble.

I bought this as a gift for a child. It was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Since its not for someone in my family/friends i cannot say how well it will do. Im sure it will work just fine though!
