having always used 1.25 eye pieces going to a 2 inch was amazing, going to a 2 inch then with a series 5000 was yet another level. for the first time in my lif I can look through an eye piece without taking my glasses off, which is cool. but the view is like sticking your head into a planetarium. worth every cent, and being an optical engineer by trade, I know what it takes to make a product like this. it's the jewel of my ocular selection.
