Great tabletop reference book for quick and accurate estimating. What more can I say it is the one tried and tested resource for estimating. If you have hundreds of dollars then I'm sure you'll want to invest in a program (or a real estimator) but for those of us that just need ballpark pricing for our clients I recommend this guide.

I bought this RS Means book because I have a COST estimating class. The price was fair and it does the job. I got this one cause it was cheap and it's only for estimating projects. It got here just in time and no complaints. The book I actually bought came with certain assesmblys highlighted, so I really don't have to think too hard about which item to choose when estimating. :)
