i actually stumbled upon this cd by accident. one of my friends left it in my cd player, so out of curiosity, i listened to it. and it hasnt been out of my cd player since. all eight songs are totally awesome. it has a pop/punk sort of vibe...kinda sounds like blink 182 but better! the lyrics are very catchy and the songs will be playing in your head for weeks. i cant get enough of ATM...i love them! i totally reccomend this cd!

5.0 out of 5 stars typical pop/punk with a twist, August 31, 2002
This review is from: The Measure of All Things (Audio CD)
amazing transparent man or ATM has a unique pop punk sound. They seem to be a combonation of ALKALINE TRIO and BLINK 182. First of all anyone who has ever heard of alkaline trio know that they write perfect pop songs and then they purposely distort and basicly [mess] them up for a nice unique punk sound which comes out quite nice, ATM seems to follow the same routine, what could be considered pop is turned to punk. People always say that certain bands sound like blink 182 and well i always seem to disagree, but in this case it's true, first of all most of the songs are about girl problems which i enjoy. Also with nicely timed guitar riffs, catchy lyrics, and with that poppy blink sound their a piece of work. Everyone knows Toms squeaky vocals in blink well rick (lead singer ATM) strangely sounds exactly like him in everyway. Then with ATMs other vocalist tony, brings a harder metal edge into the their music.

Overall if your looking for music that will stick in your head for weeks theres no doubt this will do it. Plus if you want to hear a kick [rear] punk cover of "girls just wanna have fun" buy it And who doesnt like blink 182 and alkaline trio. I would recommend downloading a song first see if you like it i recommend "edit undo"
