Having listened to the weight loss hype and fads that the media puts out, having tried some of it and failed, weight loss seemed hopeless....until I read this book and Ed Coates' other book called "Diet & Exercise: Uncomplicated!" I have been putting his simple method of calorie counting into practice and have been losing about a pound a week or so - So far, 8 pounds gone! I am so grateful to Ed Coates for his easy - no-nonsense- approach to weight loss and for giving me the motivation to just DO IT! If you really set your goals and count your calories and stick to it - you will have success just as he says in the book! It's really very simple to do.
