5.0 out of 5 stars First-rate guide to GD&T for all experience levels., May 28, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Measuring And Gauging Geometric Tolerances (Hardcover)
The main focus of GD&T training in industry has been focussed towards the designers and draftsmen. I have searched extensively and this is the only publication that approaches the subject from the perspective of the individual who has to actually measure, report and defend his/her results. All the issues facing the observer are addressed clearly and concisely. Photographs and step-by-step instructions for evaluating all GD&T spec`s are provided. The author does not dodge anything. This book is an invaluable tool in the practicing Quality Engineer`s toolbox.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, very readable and informative., April 18, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Measuring And Gauging Geometric Tolerances (Hardcover)
This book is an excellent guide for mechanical quality control inspectors. It is also a great book for mechanical engineers. The book illustrates measuring techniques in a very readable, fun, usable method, giving not only the "how" but "why" of inspection methods.
