This new edition also has a far more detailed study of the important phenomenon of metamerism, in its various manifestations, and contains a more comprehensive treatment of the complex topic of the colorimetry of fluorescent materials. About the Author

Dr. Hunt has been active in the international standardization of measuring colour throughout his career, and has contributed many papers to the science of the subject. He was a member of the Kodak Research Laboratories for 36 years, finally being Assistant Director of Research at Harow, England.
