About the Author
Peter Fargus is a Chartered Psychologist who trained as a Management Consultant with the Urwick Consulting Group in the 1980s. In addition he has worked for Rowntree Mackintosh in York and Toronto, British Airways at Heathrow and the First National Bank of Chicago in London. Currently he and his wife, Dee, work as a partnership, helping organisations to measure the motivation of their people and implement appropriate improvement action. Past clients range from small family companies to the largest of multinationals.
