Of all the dangers in the world, we will never be hurt worse or more often than we hurt ourselves. This book points out the ways we hinder ourselves from childhood on by carrying the huge burden of imaging that we don't "measure up." Kevin guides you through a careful examination of expectations and constructive repsonses to them.
