I am thrilled with this amazing cook-book for ALL kinds of meat loaf using different combinations of beef, pork,sausage, turkey and veggies. I cook dinner for my husband and Mom about 5 nights a week and their favorite food has always been meatloaf. We look forward to trying each new recipe and it's my very favorite cook-book. I wish I knew this book had existed sooner......

Meatloaf is such a comfort food, and a variety of good recipes we meatloaf lovers are always looking to find new recipes. This cookbook advances that cause, and will add many more to ones collection, as it has to mine and other reviewers.

She has a full ethnic offering, including Italian, Mexican, Morrocan, Mediterranian, etc. There are differing meats and binders and seasonings, etc. to provide a fine, full sweep of options. I especially enjoyed as did my guests the Reunion offering with its Greek and Italian flavorings.

The colored photos are nice as are the intro and side dishes suggested as well.

This is a useful work to the meatloaf nation that we are.

Every variety of meatloaf you can think of and then some. The recipes are easy to follow and turn out well. The book is loaded with pictures.

Amazon did a huge favor for me when I ordered two more ANOLON meatloaf pans. They recommended also buying this wonderful book: "Meatloaf". Quick supper meatloaf is now WOW!! Our favorites include (pg 51) "Bloody Mary Meatloaf" made with bottled mix for the meatloaf and a red sauce. Also (pg 37) "Meatloaf with Horseradish Crumb Topping". One hundred pages of recipes; only slow-down is which to try next. By the way, the deep meatloaf pans I use remove fat that weighs about 15% of total mix weight. Yet taste is great. I prep/bake a dozen meatloafs at a time for the freezer, using a few recipes. None ever is an ancient recipe not from this Meatloaf book.

This is a true meatloaf survivor book! The recipes (I've used many of them) are great and delicious. I've given this book as a gift three times and everyone gifted loves it as much as I do. What a great cookbook to have in your kitchen!

This books is very affordable, and helps bring life back into a simple meal such as a meatloaf!! We are slowly going through the book, trying one recipe at a time. My husband hated meatloaf his whole life, but now that we are making it a little more exciting, he is more excited about eating it!! :)

Fifty years ago, when I first got married, my new husband let me know that he didn't like meatloaf - so I quit trying to make it.
Several weeks ago we ate meatloaf at our son's house and my husband loved it. Our son recommended Meatloaf: Recipes for Everyone's Favorite. So far I have tried three different recipes - all three have been excellent. I highly recomment this recipe book.

I always hated Meatloaf - it always looked like SPAM to me - BUT - this book does some fun stuff with Meatloaf - and so I just couldn't resist!!!

One of my favorite recipes is Frosted Meatloaf!!! What's that you ask?!? That's Meatloaf topped with Mashed Potatoes - the best part of that being that the potatoes actually hide the Meatloaf - the second best part is the title's tie in with dessert - you can't go wrong with that!!!

Anyway - I know a lot of people really do love Meatloaf - so if I love this book - I'm sure a real lover - would like it even more!!!
