This book had many examples similar to the actual test. I recommend using a standard thermo and heat transfer textbook for those sections though.
This sample exam is equivalent to half of the FE Mechanical exam. Half of the morning session and half of the afternoon session. It gives you a really good idea of the degree of difficulty of the exam, which is good because a lot of the study guides are really difficult, which causes you to panic. Full solutions are included. I recommend timing yourself while working these sections, and only using the supplied reference manual.
