5.0 out of 5 stars A Good Cervical Text, September 6, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Mechanical Neck Pain: Perspectives in Functional Anatomy (Hardcover)
This book offers great explanations and anatomical illustrations related to cervical dysfunction. Photos of dissections are accompanied by clearly marked drawings that make this text a very thorough musculoskeletal review of the neck. I found the text to be easy to follow. The functional assessment section is lengthy and thorough, though the differential diagnosis section is quite brief. Treatment of neck disorders is also not thoroughly explored. The addition of cervical segmental stability principles and techniques would make this book invaluable. As it is, it is a good addition to a physiotherapist's library.
