This lumbar-sacral support freatures two flexible plastic abdominal panels, a semi-rigid sacral pad, and an inelastic circumferential nylon strapping system that produces intra-abdominal pressure to reduce load on the lumbar spine. This patented design provides a surprising level of support and comfort. This support is ideal for short-statured or female patients as the vertical dimension is 2" shorter than the regular Back-n-Black. In addition, the soft plush lining allows this support to be worn comfortably next to the sking. Anterior (front) height: 4" Posterior (back) height: 8"
