5.0 out of 5 stars MEDAL OF HONOR NEVER FAILS TO SATISFY
Frontline and Rising Sun were great games, and European Assault is right up there with them. The graphics are great and the gameplay is very satisfying. It's good to be fighting against the Nazi's again. This game gives you an in depth look at what the war in Europe was really like. EA has a gift to present realism to the gamer. I highly recommend this game. If your...

3.0 out of 5 stars Take That Fritz...!

Now I am a reasonable man, and I like the MOH series as much as the next guy, but when I peeked at the reviews: `Mediocre', Not as good' and `I haven't had a girlfriend' I was a bit bemused to say the least.

After an hour or so traipsing through the missions I have to admit MOH:EA isn't very good, it has evolved, not for the good of the game or...

4.0 out of 5 stars One of the best gamecube games..25yo, January 14, 2006
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Medal of Honor European Assault (Video Game)
Ive been searching for a good gamecube game now for quite a while. I realy enjoyed Medal of Honor Frontline but found Medal of Honor the Rising Sun to be very disapointing. I couldnt get into Call of Duty and was at the stores ready to buy myself an xbox when i sore this game on sale. And this game is fantastic, The game controls are much easier to master, the graphics are better, the maps are more fun, but like other reveiws say, I do find some missons quite short. I also like the fact that you can store your medical kits and use them at a later stage.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Medal Of Honor entry...., March 18, 2006
= Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars

What is the biggest improvement over the other 2 Gamecube MOH games? You can now look down your gun sights (ala Call Of Duty). No more "side shooting" enemies. The graphica are top notch and the enemy AI is very good. Sounds are as excellent as well. The German soldiers love to yell out "Americana!" or "Grenada!" and the weapons sound deadly. I would rate this just below Call Of Duty Big Red One as a MUST OWN for shooter fans.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best MOH yet!!!, February 16, 2007

While I enjoyed Frontline and Pacific Assault, this European Assault is much better. Like the other games the Soundtrack is fantastic. It really sets you up for a fun World War II experience. I do like the fact you can use the sights on your gun. Personally, I would use the sniper guns any chance I can. I love just picking them off one by one. It is a great game!

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun, but the last level is very hard, August 25, 2006

Medal of Honor, European Assualt is sure one heck of a game. And another thing, this game is pretty sweet. My favorite things about it are; many levels, awesome graphics, and four areas around the world. Covers North Africa, Russia, and Battle of the Bulge. The things I do not like about this game are: in the last Battle of the Bulge you need to defeat a German which is incredibly difficult because there are so many Germans that are trying to kill you. You have very limited ammo. You find out that you are an American in Russia, but during all the other levels you are with Britain. Overall, I think this is a very fun game.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Graphics, Sound, and Freedom..., March 13, 2009

But it just doesn't have that gritty heroic feel that the other two MOHs had. Sure, great graphics and a wider arsenal make any game better, but for me it feels more like a WWIII game that has M1 Garands on steroids. However, it still has an especially great multiplayer and large technical improvements over the previous two. If you are just getting into MOH, try Medal of Honor Frontline or Medal of Honor Rising Sun first, but if you are a long time player, get this for sure.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Game!!!, November 29, 2006

I love MOH: European Assualt! The graphics are VERY good for the GameCube and the missions are very diverse. Love the weapons, sound quality for them is excellent. Nice layout of the Lifeline meter, ammunition capacity, etc. on the screen. Especially nice and where this game really triumphs Call of Duty, is the weapon sights: turns red when focused on the enemy (though no guarantee you'll smoke him) and the "magnify" feature is much better here. Was disappointed when I finally finished all the missions but am having almost as much fun going through them again.

This came out in 2005. Its 2009 right now. However this has probably the best graphics out of any Gamecube game I have played. Short single player is a bit disheartening, but the difficulty of it is right on. Enemy AI is decent and great game play. This game is perfect if you want to have some friends over and play multiplayer. I recommend it. Its not the best game out there, but its right up there for four year old Gamecube games. I payed [...] for it, and I am glad I did.
